Q: What are your key personality traits that have helped in your successful professional life?
A:
Analytical skills, project based progressive work approach, multi-tasking, ability to handle pressure.

Q: One turning point that has changed the course of your life?
A:
When I decided to be a MBA, leaving general medical practice. I happen to be an Ayurvedic doctor by training before going to an MBA.

Q: Can you name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you?
A:
My first two bosses: Mr. TN Swaminathan and Mr. Sumit Lamba in Dabur.

Q: Typical Sunday!
A:
Laze around till 11 AM. Family outing till 4 PM. This can be at the mall, out of Mumbai location or a movie. Evenings are either devoted to reading, music or catching up with friends.

Q: Your interests!
A:
Trekking, reading and movies

Q: How do you deal with Monday blues!
A: I usually don’t have Monday blues. In fact from Sunday night, I am thinking of the job list to be completed once in office from Monday.
