In central Mumbai, Manoj John, VP, Corporate Planning and Strategy, RNA Corp is highly bullish on Sewri and Chembur. RNA Corp has constructed an ultra-luxurious residential project called RNA Metropolis in Sewri and a premium high-class luxury living project, ‘RNA Continental’, in the heart of Chembur.
John says, “The value proposition of Sewri real estate is clearly the connectivity with key business districts of Nariman Point, Lower Parel, BKC and key infrastructure nodes. Sewri offers a great investment potential substantiated by commencement of broad spectrum of residential and mixed-use projects to be completed over the next couple of years.”

Talking about major demand drivers for Chembur, John says, “Chembur is well-linked with the upcoming SEZ and the proposed airport at Navi Mumbai. Also, the Eastern Freeway project in Chembur is bound to reduce the travel time to South Mumbai. Chembur connects the island city to Navi Mumbai via Sion-Panvel highway on one side and Thane via eastern express Highway on the other side. The construction of the monorail covering Charkop-Bandra-Mankhurd Segment, which is nearing completion and secondly the Chembur-Santacruz Link Road, which once functional, are bound to change the travel experience of the commuters.”
